Drive Through Phlebotomy Service

The drive-through phlebotomy service has moved to Building 183 (Former Blood Service and current vaccination site), Longley Lane, Sheffield, S5 7JN from Tuesday 25 October 2022.

No appointment is necessary but a request does need to be made before the patient attends the service, or the patient must have a paper request form (ICE requests preferred). To help reduce waiting time and ensure we can locate the patient efficiently on the system we would appreciate if patients bring their hospital or NHS numbers.

Walk-in service

The Phlebotomy Outpatients (Department, C Floor, Royal Hallamshire Hospital Glossop Road, Sheffield S10 2JF) is also available for patients to attend. More information is available here. (Link updated July 24)
